Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bosco del Merlo is produced exclusively from Glera grapes which on reaching the correct technological maturity are harvested during the night in order to guarantee the preservation of the grape’s aromatic characteristics.

The best Prosecco is always made using high quality raw materials and it takes attention and care to choose the best fragrant and crispy grape.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bosco del Merlo is produced through fermentation off skins with soft pressing and pureness fermentation at a controlled temperature. The “prise de mousse” and the fermentation take place in the autoclave for about 40 days at 13° – 14° C with the preservation of the noble wine bubble.

In tasting

This wine is characterised by a straw yellow colour with pale green highlights, brilliant and creamy foam. Its perlage is fine, noble and persistent.

The scent is fruity, clean with crunchy apple, peach, floral rose and acacia nuances.

Sourness and fresh on the palate with a savoury and dry aftertaste.
