Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOGC Brut: the new jewel of Bosco del Merlo

In light of this, Bosco del Merlo is pleased to introduce its new arrival: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut.

Thanks to our “reasoned viticulture” paradigm, our passion is reflected in our technic with a plant to plant approach and harvest by hand that gives to our wines unique scents and flavours.

Our Prosecco Brut and Extra Dry achieved several prizes and awards over the years and Bosco del Merlo has decided to broaden its portfolio of products with the so fine and precious Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, an absolute must-have Prosecco for the wine lovers.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bosco del Merlo is produced exclusively from 100% Glera grapes through fermentation off skins with soft pressing and controlled temperature. The take of foam and the fermentation take place in steel tanks for about 40 days at 13° – 14° C for the preservation of the fine bubble.

This wine cooler is straw yellow with pale green reflexes, brilliant foam and fine texture. Its perlage is fine and persistent. The scent is fruity, clean with scents of crunchy apple, peach, floral rose and acacia nuances. Sourness and fresh on the palate with a savoury and dry aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, a must-have wine for convivial events, excellent with seafood and white meat dishes.
